Non Face-to-Face Solicitor Appointment Guidance

The Council has agreed to temporarily revise Rule 8 of its Rules and Guidance to enable cases to complete without a physical face-to-face meeting with a solicitor.

This amendment is subject to an ongoing review and the Equity Release Council will notify its members and the wider sector of any changes.
