Introducers

The Council welcomes applications from introducers and referral partners in the market.

Under our due diligence policy:

• We expect your organisation is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
• We expect your organisation is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
• We may request to review your organisation’s privacy policy, website and consumer-facing literature.
• We will conduct a meeting to understand your organisation’s structure and process for referring consumers.

Ready to join?

• You must complete a firm application and an individual application for each member of staff in your organisation that you’d liked to be linked to the membership.
• Please note we do not accept individual applications without also receiving a firm’s application, except for those being added to an existing firm membership.
• The Council reserves the right to change fee rates at point of renewal.
• Applications take up to four weeks to process. We will keep you updated along the way.
• Fees are payable once your application has been approved, upon receipt of the invoice.
