At the end of the day, it comes down to trust, that is why we offer whole of market advice with no upfront costs.

After we have discussed your needs, we will research the market for you and provide you with free advice in a detailed equity release report explaining which plan is best for you, and If we cannot help you access funds from your home, or you decide it is not for you after all, you will not pay us a fee.

If you decide to proceed, when your plan completes we charge a fixed arrangement fee of £1,295, but again, we do not charge if the plan does not complete.
