Equity Release includes Lifetime Mortgages and Home Reversion schemes. We can advise and arrange Lifetime Mortgages and will refer you to an approved specialist for Home Reversion schemes.

You will be charged a fee; we charge £395 to provide our advice and a written recommendation following a face to face meeting. We also charge £595 to process an application to a Lifetime Mortgage provider.

Lifetime Mortgages are applicable for over 55s only, may affect eligibility to means tested state benefits and can affect the inheritance you may leave.
