We also understand the difficulties and nuances which surround most cases and we have trained staff in the office who are able to offer their expertise to ensure that we can deal with any issue which may present itself on the files. In addition, we have a private client department who can not only dismantle trusts, read and advise on the wording of Wills and Will/Trusts, but can also assist in dealing with probate applications, drafting of new wills and the drafting of Lasting Powers of Attorney. They will also be able to provide this advice with the hindsight of the Later Life Lending Industry so that any decision made is an informed one, safe in the knowledge of the requirements for Later Life Lending.
