I have been in financial services for over 30 years, as a fully qualified financial adviser. I chose to specialise in Equity Release as an Independent Adviser back in 2001 and have experience all over the UK. I am regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, but also a member of the Equity Release Council.

I will always advise you if Equity Release is not right, as it isn’t for everyone and there are many other potential avenues to consider. Equity Release products are evolving all the time and becoming more flexible with more customer friendly additions, and it is therefore important to use an independent whole of market adviser who can offer products from all the providers.
